Boxing Mash-Up Sessions

Our boxing mash-ups mix the great fundamentals of boxing & kickboxing classes with other fun options like Cardio Dance, Spin, or Body Sculpt.

Pilates Reformer Private & Semi-Private

Private lessons and Semi-Private lessons are available with our Pilates Reformer Pass. Get one-on-one training with our certified Pilates Reformer Coach to help improve balance, strength, flexibility, and core awareness. Our Semi-Private sessions are never more than 2 people and are currently offered 6:00PM on Mondays.
