Tiffany Bates

Owner, Fitness Instructor, Life Coach, Buti Yoga Instructor

I have been able to take my love for community and create Rebel Studio. We are a veteran backed; woman owned business. You will see me in the studio taking classes, teaching classes, and talking to people. Rebel is my heart, and I try to portray that in everything I bring to it.


Katie Dolder

Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer

I feel fitness is the fountain of youth, and key to handling anything that life throws us. Every health and fitness certification that comes my way, I’m all over it! Some of these include NASM CPT, cycle, Pound, Power, Nutrition specialist, Rock Steady Boxing, and Silver Sneakers. I love what I do and feel truly blessed to have a “job” that is also my passion.


Sherri Weir

Fitness Instructor, Nutrition Coach

In 2011,  I stepped out of my comfort zone and obtained my first Fitness Instructor certification! In 2018 I obtained my Nutrition Coach Certification so I can help others learn how nutrition helps their bodies perform. Health and Wellness is a lifelong learning adventure!

Meet Katie, our “Barre-ista”, who’s leda life of health, fitness, juicing, teaching, and helping others live a REAL life as a mentor and coach.


Lorie Decker

RYT-200, Yin, Vinyasa

Lorie began her yoga journey nearly 20 years ago and fell in love. She decided to deepen her practice and became certified in 2015. Her training ranges from Vinyasa to Yin yoga. She enjoys many variations from slow flow, hot and Acro yoga.


Chastity Catney

Fitness Instructor

I began teaching group fitness classes in 2013 with my first format certifications of Turbo Kick and PiYo. To date, I have 9 different fitness class format certifications and open to entertain new formats that will keep a class motivated, fun, and active!  I am with Rebel to share a class experience with you that is real, enjoyable, inviting, motivating, yet a little challenging.


Carolyn Barishman

RYT-200, Vinyasa, Restorative, Nidra

Carolyn is a 200 hr RYT and focuses on slow flow, restorative, and yoga nidra.


Amy Koliba

Fitness Instructor

In 2016 a neighbor and I tried a spin class, and I never looked back. What started as a weight loss journey for myself, changed my view of exercise. It has become my favorite form of stress relief and a way to fulfill my desire to help others. I am certified in POUND, HIGH Fitness, Barre L1 & L2, and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.


Haylie Spencer

Yoga Instructor 200hr

What began as precious quiet time in the studio turned into a journey of self-discovery and self-love. Yoga helped Haylie overcome anxiety and crippling postpartum depression. Yoga provides an avenue where her love for music and literature can come to life in both her asana and meditation practices.


Claire Stewart

RYT-200, Yin & Vinyasa

In addition to her 200 RYT certification, Claire holds an 80-hour Yin Yoga certificate and has studied Kriya Yoga under the guidance of her guru, Jim Whiteford.


Dot Collier

Yoga Instructor 200hr

I have been teaching yoga for almost three years and I continue to grow in this area too. I found this path a bit late in life but it is never too late to try something new!  I am constantly looking for new information and trying new things.  It keeps me physically and mentally engaged.

Nikki Gilles

Yoga Instructor 200hr

Nikki relocated here from California a couple years ago and loves the Rebel family! Nikki is a slow flow yoga instructor, registered Dietician and author.


Jen Navara

Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer

Jen is a Personal Trainer and has been a group exercise instructor for 6 years! 
She is certified in formats ranging from HIIT & strength to flexibility and cardio kickboxing.  Jen is a Marine Corps Vet and understands the greatness of the journey and the persistence to be better


Maria Burnham

RYT-200 Yoga instructor

Maria joined yoga as a way to disconnect from the world to connect with herself, as well as heal her back holistically. Maria enjoys teaching beginners yoga and her style is heavily influenced by Hatha Yoga


Kim Cansler

200hr Yoga , Reiki Master

Kim came to yoga for physical fitness and found a mind, body and spirit connection that set her on a path of healing her childhood trauma. Kim teaches exclusively through our Virtual studio.


Tara Gilbert

200hr Yoga, Yoga for 12 Steps

Tara completed 200 hour hot yoga teacher training at Bhakti Yoga in South Jersey. She then went on to receive her leadership training certificate in Y12SR: Yoga of 12-Step Recovery and led in several groups.
