Rebel Studio – Terms of Service Summary

Membership & Payments

• Memberships and class packages are non-transferable and cannot be shared.

• Discounted memberships (military, student, etc.) require valid ID verification.

• A valid credit card must be kept on file for all memberships.

• Recurring memberships renew automatically unless canceled.

• 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel recurring memberships after initial commitment is met.

• All payments are non-refundable, including prepaid memberships.

• Failed payments incur a $15 fee and may result in suspension of access.

• Rebel Studio may allow membership pauses or transfers at its discretion.

 

Class Booking, Cancellations & No-Shows

• Classes must be reserved in advance.

• Cancel at least 2 hours before class to avoid fees.

• Late cancellations: $10 fee

• No-shows: $25 fee

• Cancellations must be done through your account.

 

Photo & Privacy Policy

• Photos and videos may be taken during classes for marketing and promotional use.

• If you prefer not to appear, please notify your instructor.

• Members may not photograph or record themselves or other clients during class.

 

Health & Safety

• Participation in classes, especially heated sessions, involves inherent risks (e.g., dehydration, dizziness, injury).

• You are responsible for listening to your body and stopping if needed.

• Consult a physician if you have health concerns before participating.

• Rebel Studio staff are not medical professionals.

 

Specialty Class Guidelines

Heated (FIRE) Classes

• FIRE Classes operate between 87–95°F.

• Participants must acknowledge risks associated with heat exposure.

 

Aerial Fitness (RISE)

• Follow all equipment and clothing guidelines (no jewelry, no sharp items).

• Weight limit: 215 lbs.

• Not permitted for pregnant individuals or those with certain medical conditions unless cleared by a doctor.

• Use equipment only when instructor-led.

 

Minors

• Participants under 18 require approval.

• Under 16 must have a parent/guardian present.

• No one under 16 may participate in heated classes.

 

Personal Responsibility & Conduct

• You are responsible for your own safety and belongings.

• Rebel Studio is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children.

• All members must follow studio rules and respectful behavior standards.

 

Liability Waiver

• By participating, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with studio activities.

• You agree to sign the Rebel Studio Terms & Conditions Release prior to attending class.

• These terms are governed by Indiana law and apply for the duration of your account.

 

Right to Refuse Service

• Rebel Studio reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
