This workshop is set up specifically for those looking for a little guidance when beginning a yoga practice. Whether you are brand new to yoga or have been out of service for a while, this is a great place to start!

Learn breathing fundamentals, basic poses, proper alignment, and how to use props effectively in this purposeful flow for beginners. Learn the basics of sun salutations, the foundation of most vinyasa yoga classes. Learn basic proper alignment, common "yogi talk" names and descriptions of poses, and gain an introduction to poses. This class will allow you to begin and expand on your new yoga practice with confidence!
