Personal Training

Katie has been in the fitness industry helping people gain strength, recover from injuries, and meet personal goals for over 20 years. Katie received her love of fitness from her dad, who always thought that a moving body is a happy body. He instilled in her the passion for helping others be healthy in their body, and she has followed that philosophy ever since. Katie has additional training in special populations, allowing her to help those who may be suffering from physical illnesses or imbalances.
